Connemara pony breeder - Pat Lyne

Pat Lyne was a successful breeder of Connemara ponies for forty years. As an international Judge of the Breed, she travelled extensively and visited eight of the sixteen countries where the Connemara is now bred. This, together with her close association with their native homeland, Connemara, provides her with a global view of the progress of the Breed throughout the world.

Her first book, Shrouded in Mist published in 1984, has become the handbook and companion of every Connemara enthusiast. The sequel 'Out of the Mist', published in 1990, is an overview of the breed around the world.

Welcome

Pat Lyne Spring is nearly here. It is time to be thinking about the CPBS Spring Festival on March 27th and the safe arrival of foals next month. You have to choose a stallion for your mare this year and to put Clifden show on August 21st / 22nd in your diaries. A busy but exciting time.

DO CHOOSE a good book to keep you company and help you on your way.

Good Luck, Pat.
