Pat Lyne has been a successful breeder of Connemara ponies for nearly thirty years. As an international Judge of the Breed, she has travelled extensively and visited eight of the sixteen countries where the Comemara is now bred. This, together with her close association with their native homeland, Connemara, provides her with a global view of the progress of the Breed throughout the world.

Her first book, Shrouded in Mist published in 1984, has become the handbook and companion of every Connemara enthusiast. It's sequel Out of the Mist will be welcomed by anyone interested in the Native Pony Breeds and the Connemara.
